Obsidian Hollow started the way most spooky obsessions do â a garage full of animatronics, a closet stuffed with costumes, and a group of friends who took Halloween way too seriously. Every October we'd turn our homes into the house on the block that kids hesitated in front of, and adults lingered at.
The trouble was finding good stuff. Too many shops were thin on inventory, shipped slowly from overseas, or charged boutique prices for plastic.
