Return policy

30-day window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with any tags still attached. Costumes must be unworn and in resaleable condition.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can't be returned:

• Worn or opened masks and latex prosthetics
• Items marked final sale or clearance
• Gift cards

How to start a return

Email us at info@obsidianhollow.net with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the shipping address.

Return shipping

If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we'll cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is covered by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for what you want. October moves fast, and this gets the new item to you sooner.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo and your order number to info@obsidianhollow.net within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out right away.
